In order to engage with the public in addressing flood risk there will be a programme of public information days, stakeholder workshops and presentations in the areas at significant risk from flooding during the study. Closer to the time of consultation details of these events will be posted on this site. It is critical to the success of the CFRAM study that the public are involved in the mapping of flood risk and in the development of plans to mitigate the risks of flooding.

In addition there will be periods of formal public consultation when the maps and plans will be put on display and members of the public will be formally requested to submit their observations on the outputs of the study. Details of the formal consultation periods are shown below.
